Thieu,
I have been using Treepad Lite daily since some 14 years for keeping all kinds of info with great enthousiasm. Unfortunately, two weeks ago my file turned into a 0 bytes file. If I cannot recuperate the file I will loose at least 3 years input of my most personal data. The file is on a 1 tb ssd. Most likely the file got corrupted when - having the file open - my computer lost power. Chkdsk /f /r did not show any bad sectors, hence it did not produce a 'found.000' as I had hoped. I've not lost all hope yet to find data recovery software which can do the job. Otherwise I understand from internet sources that using hex edit software would be my last option. Have you got any ideas? I hope to hear from you. Kind regards! (I read and write English and Dutch)
Henk passed away a few year ago. Thank you Henk for working with me and the fun we had in Amsterdam at the company we both worked at.

I'm sorry I cannot help you. TreePad was a product of Henk's own company. We worked together at another company.
